Returns


At Tucker On The Beat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we would like to make it as easy as possible for you to make an exchange or refund. As we are a label that specialises in custom made clothing, this is clothing made to order for you under your chosen specifications (style, size, colour etc), this means that we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind. As a sustainable clothing brand this also helps reduces any waste. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.

 

However we want to give you security and confidence in your experience with us and sometimes appreciate that you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you have received your item and you are not entirely happy, please contact us at info@tuckeronthebeat.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and we may be able to offer and exchange or credit note to be used online.

 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must match the below conditions:

* The items are in their original packaging with all tags attached.

* The items have not been worn, damaged or washed.

* You notify us within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

* The original invoice for proof of purchase is provided.


If you have received a faulty garment, you will be eligible for a refund at our discretion. We do apologise for any inconvenience a faulty garment may cause. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. Both the cost of the item and all shipping costs will be refunded if the item is deemed faulty.

 

Once your exchange/return is approved, please return your garments within 7 days. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the garment is deemed faulty. Tucker on the beat is not responsible for any loss or damage of items on return shipping, so it is advised to send returns by registered post. When your return has been received, we will send you an email confirming your shipment, and approving your refund or exchange. All accepted refunds are applied to the original card or account of purchase. The total amount of the purchase will be refunded, less shipping charges (if applicable).
